Soul Food
We have been in a passage of detours. Some unexpected and others understood. As we enter this new lunar cycle, it is an opportunity to honor any delays with a deeper awareness that this is divine timing. Coupled with a willingness to sync up with our true organic nature of spiraling out and adhering with the natural cycels that surround you where you are currently living. SIMPLY put. Throw out the bankers calender for the majority of your day to day living. Start syncing up to your relationship with your ecosystem internally and externally.
During this lunar cycle, we are being given an opportunity to take a detour with wonderment and awareness. Then, when you have deep knowing you will be ready to transfer your highest and best in every moment for the benefit of all. As inspired, keep your eyes open and prepare to transfer here to where you are needed.
Simply. Listen. Reflect and then gently move into forward motion.

The dance is eternal with your soul.
Your soul is the oscillating force from within that communicates with all the systems that interface with your physical body. Which includes: mental, emotional, physical and divine interfaces that make every facet of you miraculous.
In 2004, I had an opportunity to decided where to place my will…to live or to die. In that tender moment, I looked at my 18 month daughter sleeping in her crib. I said to myself, ‘I cannot leave her’. I could not imagine leaving either one of my children. In that moment, I applied my will to live with a clear vision of the outcome. I did not waiver through any of the steps from the western medical offerings and eastern practices. Even when I met unexpected moments, like being told I needed Radioactive Seed Localization (RSL) injected into me for pre-surgurey markers. Fortunately, the surgery was cancelled because my will met my vision. I might have glowed for a week or so; however, that did not matter. I held my will. I circumvented their projections and ushered myself into rebalancing and nourishing myself with food.
During this process, I decided to remain quiet (sharing with only my immediate family and a few close friends) and heal in “unconventional ways”. I healed through my relationship with the unexplainable, silence and food. Coupled with going through the steps the western medical system wanted me to do. I had a short time to reverse the course of what was being heavily projected on me as an outcome of ‘death’. However, it actually was a gateway leading me to my rebirth. Looking back, it was one of many watershed moments that I have experienced over the past 22 years. I will continue working towards mastering the dance with the cycles of life and the power of my free will.
I share this with you because I want to remind you that you hold this same power within you. It is important to remember when you apply your free will to hold it with fluidity and openness to arrive at your vision. You will have to take action, dance with the mystery and find deep knowing. All of which is accessible within each and everyone of you. It is in your soul (aka your eternal being).
I share this to hopefully inspire you to ask your self, ‘where do I want to apply my free will in this moment?’ Once you decide do not waiver. Gently noted, only you can hold this will for self. You are the one who holds the power for you.

My work and this journey would not have been possible without all of you. I am deeply grateful to have met all facets of the many seasons of life with many of you and within myself.
