Harmony. Happiness.
Soul Food
The New Moon invited you to set down your suffering, your stories (history), your ancestor’s stories. Offering you the space to practice staying in a state of internal harmony and happiness. Rather than look to far back or to far foward...soften your gaze and open your heart to be present with all that is unfolding around you.
During the entrance into this new lunar cycle, let go of any and all suffering that has been in and around you over these past few days, months or years. Clear out your entire system, free yourself of the burdens you have carried to here.
Simply. Listen. Reflect.
The New Moon reached full potency on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, From the traditional ways of the earth, these moments like the New MOON(s) are best met with silence and non-verbal listening.
Contemplation:
Are you ready to set down your stories?
Are you ready to be in harmony with self and the world around you?
Are you ready to practice being in a state of contentment, happiness...divine love?
Weekly talks are an offering to assist you in diving deeper into a spiritual practice, exploring your inner landscape, and cultivating inner peace.

Body Food
The long summer days invite you to connect and explore with others in the wild. Human contact is necessary and helpful to retain perspective on the perceptual physical reality you are participating. It is easy to get lost in a digital realm and forget to take a simple walk outside. There are so many people, places and things that can fill your heart with joy and wonderment. Coupled with the movement of your body will help keep all your “systems” flowing effortlessly.
If inspired, leave your phone at home. Then, take a long walk, talk to a neighbor, explore a new neighborhood…with awareness and wonderment to see what crosses your path. You might be surprise by what emerges and speaks to you. When you leave your phone (and smart devices) at home, this opens up your entire biofield up to communicate organically with the natural world around you. Then, if you want to really get wild…dance barefoot without headphones. Just see how nature inspires you to move.
I do variations of this at least once a day. I am thankful for the moments to be present with myself, my dog, nature and anyone else that is with me or crosses my path. Let me know, how you like to explore the great outdoors san ‘smart devices’.
Fun Facts: all tech is a disrupter to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies AND your biofield. If you read the disclaimer on the smart phones, you will see how they acknowledge that we are not really meant to touch these devices. In addition, you have electromagnetic meridians from your hands directly connected to your spleen, stomach, large intestine, heart, pericardium, lungs, small intestines, liver, brain and kidneys. These devices have a significant impact on your entire state of being and these organs.
SO…where and when you can leave the devices in the drawer at home. Use it as needed and migrate back to a desk stop with a physcial keyboard.

Summer Lemon Pesto Pasta Salad
This recipe is intended to be made with your senses. You decide how much of each and add in your own flare. I have been working with the concept of zero waste in my kitchen. It has been shown me that I get more creative with less. I have this same experience when I lead myself and/or a client through a rebalancing and nutrition boost. Coupled with buying less at the store. Mindfully buying that which I will eat. I have a little to ‘0’ waste going into the compost.
What I discovered with this receipe is that the flavors increase the next day. If inspired, make extra and enjoy on a picnic or as a side dish for your next meal.

Last but not least, the Gynostemma Tea by Superfeast.
“Deep in the mountain villages of southern China, where the air is clean and the pace of life is unhurried, the locals have long held a quiet secret. They call it xiancao ‘Magical Grass’. They drink it daily, as naturally as others might drink water, and they live long, vital lives. Gynostemma pentaphyllum is not a newly discovered superfood herbal trend. It is a herb with deep roots in the daily lives of the people who grow it, harvest it, and have trusted it for generations.
Gynostemma is a Major Adaptogenic tonic herb, a classification that places it among the most significant herbs in the Chinese tonic tradition. Adaptogens work by helping the body find its own equilibrium, supporting the systems that regulate stress, energy, and resilience without pushing in any single direction. Gynostemma’s particular genius lies in its breadth: it is simultaneously calming and energising, balancing and strengthening. Where some herbs specialise, Gynostemma harmonises, meeting each person where they are and supporting the body in returning to its natural state of balance.”
