Heart + Mind Food
As you enter the Summer & Winter seasons, consider creating space to clear your heart through the medicine of writing, sculpting, painting, dancing, building, cooking, moving your body (aka sacred temple), laughing, exploring the great outdoors and more.
By using your hands and arms in whatever activity you choose you will assist your self deeply by clearing your heart center and creating new inspiration and momentum for all aspects of your life.
Many have misunderstood the physical heart to be a pump and the emotional aspect of the heart as sometimes the culprit to encourage grasping and suffering. However, I want to embolden you to start exploring your heart as an acoustical chamber that creates frequencies with acoustical and electromagnetic signals that are interconnected to the ever present field of “divinity” or you fill in the blank ______. There is no word to explain this field, as I feel it would be disrespectful to even use a word. Especially since, I relate to all of you as energetic fields with unique resonance and a frequency that is only yours. The heart is sacred and you can deepen your relationship with it as you wish.
If you dive in beyond that which the perceptual world has anchored us into the suffering “heart”. Then, call upon an energy that is unexplainable and weaves us all together. From there and here start listening deeply. While, you may want to boot certain frequencies from your collective awareness. Rather than boot anything, I encourage you to find a field in which you effortlessly will maintain the resonance and feel in harmony from within. The suffering that humanity has become attached to enduring, inflicting and caring around has outstayed its welcome. The suffering keeps you and others from moving through all circumstances with a deeper understanding of the field of energy that support us in the most unexplainable ways. While, I might hear some of you respond to my words with…what about this. Yes, there are so many current circumstances unfolding which is necessary as our collective consciousness is going through a BIG Purge and leveling UP. We are in what feels like on long plant medicine ceremony, where Grandma is attempting to show you the deepest parts of your soul that are ready to transform and vibrate higher. Grandma cannot make you do anything, she can only show you where you are ready to transform, if you so do choose. It is a practice. I would share this has been one of the most profound and humbling practices. Every time, I clear out a layer of cob webs from my heart center, I am humbled and freed within the same breath. I am quite certain you will find the same.
As inspire, create space to embrace where your heart is right now and set your compass as you enter into this seasonal transition. Anchor your heart into what is true for you and beneficial for all beings everywhere.

During this segment, we will explore how to nourish self with ease....simple ways to keep nourishing foods available and how to effortlessly prepare meals and snack. In addition, 'She' will share check into how to listen to your body and identify how to bring balance to your life by deepen your connection to self. Cultivating inner and external ease in your life....tuning into your inner fire.
Water (Feminine) balances Fire (Masculine) and Fire (Yang) balances Water (Yin). Water is LIFE. You are primarily made up of water; however, you are super charged with with the electromagnetic field that runs through you and the world around you. There is a delicate dance between these two elements and fields of energy that create balance in all dimensional fields. I find it fascinating that during this grand awakening, how many humans are feeling their inner and outer bodies pull. The grasping, might be an attempt to declare a deeper relationship or identity with one element or another. However, the true offering from nature is to retain balance between all the elements and within this sacred dance between the masculine and feminine within you. During winter and summer, this is a beautiful moment to explore these elements by moving beyond your relationship with them in the physical realm. It is an opportunity to transcend from within self and beyond the world around you. If you access this field of communication, even if for a moment, you will have the opportunity to transmute your attachment to duality and move into sacred union within self.
Which leads me to share the perfect beverage to sit and be with your masculine and feminine energies. It is a simple glass of fresh clean water with slices of cucumber, lemon and a few fresh mint springs. May this “spa” water remedy hydrate you and inspire you too find in harmony within you.

Ingredients
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cardamom
1-1/2 C Brown Sugar or Coconut Sugar
4 Eggs
1-1/2 C Organic Slow Cook Oats
1/2 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 C Cocoa Disks or Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
Instructions
Pre-Heat Oven to 325 degrees F
Grease and flour a 8 to 9 inch cake round or cheesecake pan, set aside.
Place all ingredients in a blender except the eggs and oats.
Blend. Then, add the eggs one at a time, pulse in-between each egg.
Then add oats and blend till mixed.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake fo 40-50 minutes
Brownie Instructions Continued
Cool on wire rack. Then, remove from pan.
Prepare the compote
Plum Compote
Ingredients
4 Plums, sliced and pitted
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Cardamom
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Place all plum compote ingredients in a sauce pan.
2. Cook on Low heat for 40-50 Minutes
3. Remove from heat once the plums are soft.
4. Cool on stove top.
5. Pour in Blender, Pulse and Puree
6. Plate the Brownie and pour over the Plum Compote.
7. Enjoy
